The ship log

Everything we ship, as it happens.

Set a target, bring your team in: what shipped this week

We shipped two things owners have been asking us for: a way to set a goal for your floor, and a way to bring your managers in alongside you.

Set a productivity goal and watch your pace

You can now set a target for how much revenue each hour of staff time should bring in, your €-per-hour number. Set one goal for the whole business, or a different target for each shop. Your dashboard then shows whether the day is pacing ahead of or behind that target, and you'll get a nudge when a location is drifting off-track, before the week runs away from you. It turns "are we busy enough for the staff I rostered?" into a number you can actually steer by.

Bring your managers in, with the right access

Owners can now invite managers by email, straight from Settings. Each manager gets their own secure sign-in, and you decide exactly which shops they can see: one location, a few, or all of them. They run and steer their own floors, while owner-only settings like billing stay with you. No more sharing a single login.

Smaller fixes you might feel

  • A forwarded day-report that arrives without a date no longer trips up the import. It's set aside for a quick review instead of failing quietly.
  • If you run more than one business, the app now stays firmly on the one you're looking at as you click around.
  • Pick a date from before a shop has any data and you'll now see that shop's most recent day instead of a blank screen.
  • Your portfolio overview shows the real number of businesses you run, plus a quick card to add another.

More soon. Keep the feedback coming.

Cheers, Maurits
